In order to make it across each line safely, we do require guests to fall within this weight range.
All ages are welcome as long as the weight requirements are met.
To get to the ziplines, guests will take moderate hikes that require average mobility.
Pregnant women, people with severe leg or back problems, broken limbs, or other serious illnesses will not be able to participate.

Currently reservations are required in order to maintain a safe amount of people doing any given activity at once.
Guests are required to arrive 30 minutes early to complete waivers in person. Refunds will not be issued for late arrivals. If we can accommodate you on a later trip we will do our best, but there is no guarantee.
All reservations are under the terms of a strict no refund policy once the booking has processed and the payment has been authorized. Reschedule requests within 24 hours cannot be made, will be charged full price, and will not be refunded. We do not allow cancellations.
We recommend that you leave valuables at home or locked in your car. Castle Rock Zip Line Tours is not responsible for property lost, damaged, or stolen during your tour.
