Parking
Free parking is available at Philip S. Miller Park. The main parking lot is a short walk from The EDGE entrance.
What to Wear
Required
- Closed-toe shoes (sneakers, hiking boots, or athletic shoes)
- Comfortable, athletic clothing
- Long hair tied back
- Clothes that allow full range of motion
Not Allowed
- Sandals, flip-flops, or Crocs
- Loose or baggy clothing
- Dangling jewelry or accessories
- Skirts or dresses
Seasonal Tips
Spring
Layers are key! Mornings can be cool but warm up quickly.
Summer
Light, breathable clothing. Don't forget sun protection!
Fall
Layers recommended. Weather can change quickly.
Winter
Warm layers and gloves. We operate weather permitting.

- Positive attitude and sense of adventure
- Camera for before/after photos (not during activities)

- Phones and cameras (not allowed during activities)

Check-In Process
Arrive 30 Minutes Early
Plan to arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled activity time.
Check In at Main Office
Present your reservation confirmation and valid ID. Complete any remaining waivers.
Get Geared Up
Our team will fit you with a harness, helmet, and any other necessary safety equipment.
Safety Briefing
Receive a comprehensive safety briefing before starting your adventure.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened activity time or rescheduling. Please plan accordingly!
