We're located at 1375 West Plum Creek Parkway, Castle Rock, CO 80109, inside the beautiful Philip S. Miller Park. We're just 30 minutes from Denver, 40 minutes from Colorado Springs, and 60 minutes from Boulder.
We're open Monday through Sunday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Hours may vary seasonally, so we recommend checking our booking page or calling (720) 733-9477 before your visit.
Zipline tours take 2-3 hours, Sky Trek sessions are 2-3 hours, Adventure Tower is 1-2 hours, and the Ninja Course is 1-2 hours. Plan for additional time for check-in and gear fitting.
Absolutely! We offer combination packages that bundle activities together at discounted rates. Our most popular is the Zip & Play (Ziplines + Sky Trek) and the Zip, Play & Plunge (all three major activities).
Yes, reservations are required for all activities. We recommend booking at least 2-3 days in advance, especially for weekends and peak season (May-September).
Ziplines: Minimum age 7, weight 70-250 lbs. Sky Trek: Ages 4+, max 300 lbs. Adventure Tower: All ages, weight 50-270 lbs. Ninja Warrior Course: Ages 5+, weight 40-270 lbs. All participants under 18 must have a parent/guardian sign a waiver.
Safety is our #1 priority. We use the CLiC-iT double-clip safety system designed to keep you attached to the safety line at all times. We're an ACCT (Association for Challenge Course Technology) member, our guides complete intensive training, and all equipment is inspected daily. We've hosted over 250,000 guests since 2014.
No experience necessary! Our zipline tours are beginner-friendly with progressive difficulty. Our certified guides provide complete training and support throughout your adventure.
Many of our guests have some fear of heights! Our guides are experienced at helping nervous participants. You can start with shorter, lower ziplines and progress at your comfort level. You're always in control and can stop at any time.
For safety reasons, we cannot accommodate pregnant participants on any of our aerial activities.
Yes! We recommend wearing a glasses strap to keep them secure. Contact lenses are perfectly fine. Sunglasses are also recommended for sunny days.
Wear comfortable, athletic clothing that allows full range of motion. Closed-toe shoes are REQUIRED (hiking boots, sneakers, or athletic shoes). No sandals, flip-flops, or Crocs. Long hair should be tied back. Avoid loose jewelry or accessories.
Personal cameras and phones are NOT allowed on activities for safety reasons. Our professional photographers capture your adventure and photos are available for purchase. Small, secure fanny packs or waist pouches are allowed for essentials.
Bring: water (hydration is important!), sunscreen, chapstick, and a positive attitude! We provide all safety equipment including harnesses, helmets, and gloves.
Yes, we have secure storage areas for bags, purses, and personal items during your activity.
Spring/Fall: Layers are key! Mornings can be cool. Summer: Light, breathable clothing and sun protection. Winter (limited operations): Warm layers, gloves recommended. Always dress for the weather and check conditions before arrival.
Light rain won't stop us! We operate in most weather conditions. However, we close for lightning, high winds (over 25 mph sustained), or severe weather. If we cancel due to weather, you'll receive a full refund or can reschedule.
Bookings are non-refundable on their own. Trip Assurance, which you can add at checkout, lets you cancel for any reason up to 2 hours before your adventure and be refunded your booking, minus the Trip Assurance fee itself. Rescheduling is separate: you can move your reservation up to 24 hours beforehand without penalty, subject to availability.

We operate seasonally with limited winter hours (typically December-February). Peak season is April-October. Check our booking calendar for current availability.
We typically operate in temperatures as low as 35°F if conditions are safe. Guests should dress warmly in layers during cooler months.
Individual activities range from $29-$99 per person. Ziplines: $99, Sky Trek: $59, Adventure Tower: $49, Ninja Warrior Course: $29. Packages offer the best value, starting at $99. A 13% Castle Rock city access fee applies at checkout.

Yes! We're a top destination for birthday parties. We offer special packages, dedicated party areas, and can coordinate with local catering partners. Minimum 8 participants.
Absolutely! We specialize in corporate team building with customizable packages for groups of 15-200+. Our activities promote teamwork, communication, and trust. Contact us for custom proposals.
Philip S. Miller Park (our location) has picnic areas where outside food is welcome. However, food is not permitted on our courses during activities. We can coordinate with catering partners for large groups.
We can accommodate groups up to 200+ with advanced booking. Large groups are split into smaller tour groups for the best experience.
Yes! Private tours are available for groups of 10 or more. This gives your group exclusive access to guides and can be scheduled outside regular hours. Contact us for pricing and availability.

The zipline tour is a guided experience across 10 ziplines covering 1.5 miles with speeds up to 50 mph. Sky Trek is a self-paced 4-story aerial ropes course with 110+ obstacles including rope bridges, balance beams, and climbing challenges.
Sky Trek is perfect for kids as young as 4 years old (minimum 35 lbs). It's self-paced, so kids can take their time and choose their comfort level across multiple difficulty levels.
Yes! Family and friends are welcome to watch from designated viewing areas. Philip S. Miller Park also offers playgrounds and trails for non-participants.
Ziplines: Low to moderate - requires ability to hike short distances between platforms. Sky Trek: Moderate - self-paced, you choose your challenge level. Adventure Tower: Moderate to high - vertical climbing required. Ninja Warrior Course: Low to high - 3 difficulty levels from beginner to advanced, so all skill levels welcome.

Our longest zipline is the finale - a 1,500-foot dual racing line where you can race side-by-side with a friend or family member!
We have restroom facilities available at our check-in area. Philip S. Miller Park also has additional restroom facilities.
Our check-in facility and viewing areas are wheelchair accessible. However, due to the nature of aerial adventure activities, participants must be able to climb stairs, traverse uneven terrain, and have full use of arms and legs.

Our guides primarily speak English, but we can arrange for translators with advance notice for large groups. Safety briefings must be understood by all participants.
Participants with heart conditions, back/neck problems, recent surgeries, or other medical concerns should consult their physician before booking. Please inform our staff of any medical conditions during check-in.
